Thomas Songin - Owner - Master Stylist

Thomas has had his passion in the beauty industry for the past 35+ years. As Master Stylist and Owner of TBH, he has worked and trained under some of the top stylists in NYC and Boston. Thomas hit the jackpot and trained at The John Dellaria Salon of Boston and then furthered his education working directly under Kenneth Wildes of Brookline, Mass.

"Kenneth Wildes taught me that there were two types of hairdressers, you can be a technician, or you can be an artist. It was there that I learned to be both."

Thomas then furthered his education by attending The Toni & Guy Academy in London.

With a driving passion for moving his career forward, it was off to Eco-Centrics of Boston's famed Newbury Street, working alongside Industry influencers like Mark Harris, and Vincent Guarnotta.

There he would meet Thomas Gardner and soon his life changed forever. It was together discovering their love of San Francisco and a shared love for the art of beautiful hair that Tom’s Beautiful Hair was born in San Francisco’s North Beach neighborhood.

Thomas's dedicated work ethic and impeccable talent enabled his dream of co-founding Tom's Beautiful Hair to come true. Thomas uses his rigorous attention to detail, highly-honed technical skills, and obsession for perfection, to customize a look that enhances each individual—creating Beautiful Hair that is the visual accessory for today’s woman and man.

Daniel Davis - Assistant Stylist

Daniel's career has spanned over 30 years. He developed his sharp eye for design, studying visual merchandising /display exhibit design at Manhattan’s prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology, working with industry icons like Bergdorf Goodman's and William Sonoma. Searching for a more creative outlet with a personal, human connection, he discovered his passion for hair design. 

Daniel attended The Visible Changes University of Houston, established by a Vidal Sassoon protégé & Paul Mitchell Educator. Fulfilling his passion for artistic growth, Daniel received advanced training from some of the industry's best educators, Jacques Dessange, Bumble & Bumble, and Toni & Guy. He has worked in upscale salons in Manhattan, Houston, and Charlotte, where he and his family-owned salons for over 17 years. 

Daniel injects artistry, innovation, and passion into every hair design he creates. He draws his creative inspiration from fashion, art, and visual design, infusing cutting edge, highly-skilled cut and color techniques. Daniel's creations are classically beautiful with a modern edge.
